These options are located in the Theme Options > Global Typography > Body Typography tab.

Customize body fonts used global. See Typography Options Overview

Body Font – Illustrated as A.  Specify the body font properties. See General Typography settings

Link Color – Illustrated as B.  Specify the color of body links.
