However, if you think the product you purchased is not meeting your purchase, you can request a refund. Optian offers intangible non-cancellable products, so we will refund the requested product within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for understanding this when purchasing Optian products.

We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to thirty (30) days after the purchase was made. If you would like your money back, simply send us an email at with a description of your problem and request for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your reason for return must be genuine and approved by our support staff.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We DO NOT honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:

  • Cancellation or refund due to simple remorse is not possible;

Using Sonnet and included Premium plugins

If your license is canceled due to a refund, the Sonnet theme and the 5 Premium plugins included in Sonnet (Slider Revolution Plugin, WPBakery Page Builder Plugin, The Plus – Addon for Elementor Page Builder WordPress Plugin, Media Grid Plugin, Media Grid Overlay Manager add-on Plugin) are no longer available for any website.
