Licensing Agreement

Like most software, Sonnet is distributed under a license

By purchasing the theme ("item", "files" or "Sonnet"), you are licensed to use these files for specific purposes under certain conditions. Ownership remains with us, and you must comply with the following conditions of permission.

Unless otherwise stated, Sonnet its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Sonnet. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Our WordPress theme is released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. These files are given to all Clients on a personal use basis. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Sonnet will only provide support services (theme updates and tech support) to the license-holder with a legitimate license. After the license expires (or is canceled) due to subscription cancellation or refund, the Sonnet theme and the 5 Premium plugins included in Sonnet are no longer available for any website.

Your Sonnet WordPress theme purchase includes 5 Premium plugins. You can use 5 Premium plugins included inside Sonnet for free. Please note that these are not a freeware though. These cannot be used separately from Sonnet unless you purchase the appropriate licenses.

We do not limit the number of sites that you can use our theme on. Buy the theme once and then use our theme on unlimited websites without purchasing additional licenses.

You must not:

  • Republish Sonnet's materials.
  • Sell, rent or sub-license Sonnet's materials.
  • Reproduction, duplication or copying of Sonnet's materials.
  • Redistribute of Sonnet's contents.

Included Premium plugins

Sonnet includes 5 Premium plugins. You can use Premium plugins inside Sonnet for free. Please note that it is not a freeware though. You can not use it apart from Sonnet unless you purchase appropriate license. After the license expires (or is canceled) due to subscription cancellation or refund, the 5 Premium plugins included in Sonnet are no longer available for any website.
